Crown Lodge is a residential apartment building situated in the heart of Chelsea. The residential management required a full IT systems upgrade for the on-site management office and a comprehensive database to manage the individual apartments, parking spaces, utility records, residents and lessees. The team at Computec were briefed and subsequently devised a system that is extremely stable, fast and requires minimum support.
